Supervises workers engaged in FSR Rental services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Examines jobs on location, inspects, maintains, and inventories FSR products. Schedules work, maintains time, meets with clients to secure rental opportunities, reports to branch manager on progress daily.



Including but not limited to:



+ Assists in coordinating FSR rental service; Schedules Crews to meet customer demands


+ Examines Jobs to determine if FSR installations meet Weir SPM specifications and customer requirements; make sure the crews are following Customer's safety Program's


+ Studies work schedules and estimates workers hour requirements for completion of job assignment


+ Works with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area


+ Interprets company policies and SOP's to field service techs and enforces safety regulations


+ Interprets specifications for on site work and assign duties


+ Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet schedules


+ Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product


+ Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of FSR work crew


+ Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems


+ Initiates or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals


+ Maintains time and production records


+ Oversees equipment trucks, trailers, FSR, maintain records, train crews


+ Performs activities of workers supervised when necessary



Supervisor Responsibilities:


Supervises and directs FSR employees in the Service Center location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibility includes training employees, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling

+ Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with two years related experience; associate's degree with four years related experience; or high school diploma with ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Language: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

+ Mathmatical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

+ Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

+ Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software

+ Physical Requirements: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. + Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Personal protective equipment (PPE) Will be required, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs FR clothing
